These terms explain how Kakofi works for creators, buyers, and supporters. Please read them before using the platform.
1. Using Kakofi
By creating an account or using Kakofi, you agree to these terms and to use the platform lawfully. You must be old enough to enter into an agreement in your location and must provide information that is accurate and current.
2. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for their account, prices, product descriptions, uploaded files, and communication with buyers. Only upload content you own or have permission to sell, and keep your login details secure.
3. Payments, Fees, and Payouts
Kakofi facilitates purchases, gifts, and creator earnings through the payment methods shown at checkout. Applicable platform fees, taxes, verification requirements, minimums, and payout timing are displayed or communicated through the relevant Kakofi flow and may vary by service or region.
4. Digital Content and Licenses
Creators keep ownership of their original content. By submitting content, you give Kakofi permission to host, process, display, and promote it as needed to operate the service. Buyers receive only the access or personal-use rights described by the creator or product listing.
5. Gifts, Support, and Buyer Conduct
Gifts and support are voluntary payments to creators. Buyers must not misuse downloads, share restricted content, attempt unauthorized access, or use Kakofi for fraud, harassment, infringement, or other unlawful activity.
6. Suspension and Changes
Kakofi may limit or suspend access where there is suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, or a serious breach of these terms. We may update the platform or these terms from time to time and will publish the current version on this page.
