1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kakofi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Creator Accounts
Creators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for all activities that occur under their account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including valid identity documents for payout verification.
3. Payments and Fees
Kakofi charges a platform fee of 9% on all transactions (sales and gifts). This fee is automatically deducted from the total amount before it is credited to the creator's balance. Payouts are subject to KYC verification and regional regulations.
4. Content Ownership
Creators retain all ownership rights to the content they upload to Kakofi. By uploading content, you grant Kakofi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content to your audience through our proprietary player.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purposes or to upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or harmful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity.
