Depending on how you use Kakofi, we may collect account details such as your name, email, username, profile information, creator content, transaction references, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, and usage data.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish creator pages, deliver products, process and verify payments, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the platform, and send important service communications. Marketing messages can be managed through the available contact or unsubscribe options.
3. Payments and Service Providers
Payment providers and infrastructure partners may process information needed to complete checkout, verification, delivery, storage, analytics, or communications. Kakofi does not need your full card credentials when those details are handled by the relevant payment provider.
4. Public Creator Information
Creator usernames, profile details, public pages, product listings, and other content intentionally published by a creator may be visible to visitors. Do not publish private or sensitive information on a public profile.
5. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may review or update available account information through Kakofi settings. For privacy questions or a data request, contact Kakofi through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
