Transparency in every transaction. Our refund framework is designed to protect the integrity of digital creations while ensuring fair resolution for our community.
1. Digital Products
Due to the immediate access nature of digital assets, all sales are considered final. If a file is technically defective, please submit a claim within 72 hours of purchase for technical review and possible credit.
2. Gifts and Tips
Gifts and tips are voluntary contributions made directly to support creators. These transactions are strictly non-refundable as they represent a direct support gesture with no physical or digital delivery obligation.
3. Subscription Services
Subscriptions offer continuous access to premium archives. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing; however, previously processed payments for active cycles are non-refundable.
4. Dispute Mediation
We prioritize direct resolution between creators and supporters. Should a conflict remain unresolved after 7 days of direct communication, Kakofi provides a formal mediation process via our legal department.
